VP Internal Communications

Advisor Group operates on hybrid work location schedule, so we are open to candidates willing to work a split schedule between home and the office. Consideration will also be given to applicants seeking 100% remote work from home. Advisor Group (AG) is looking for a Corporate Communications leader to guide communication efforts across the firm. This role will lead executive communications and positioning efforts and will develop a comprehensive strategy for internal communications to disseminate information and inspiration throughout the organization. The ideal candidate has ten or more years’ experience leading complex communication efforts and is adept at leading high-functioning teams. Reporting to the head of corporate communication and content, this role will work closely with executives to develop internal communications campaigns designed to bring a large and often disparate workforce together around shared goals and company values. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a skilled writer, and a strong leader.
