You will be responsible for shaping Alliant’s public image and operationalizing Alliant’s brand internally and externally. This strategic storyteller is responsible for creating brand moments through communications that drive brand awareness and member satisfaction. The Senior Manager will serve as the internal “face” of Alliant’s brand strategy, serving as the bridge between marketing and the business with the ultimate goal of increasing awareness of Alliant’s brand as a financial institution and employer. The incumbent is both strategic and tactical and works closely with internal marketing partners, human capital, and other business units. The incumbent is responsible for media relations, social media, content creation, member communications, and internal culture and communications initiatives. General direction is received from the VP, Head of Marketing.
