We drive action and advocacy among key stakeholders by telling Allstate’s broader story and building a shared belief in Allstate as an innovative, customer-centric and purpose-driven company. As director, Personal Property-Liability Communications, you’ll provide strategic communications counsel to the president, Personal Property-Liability (PPL), Allstate’s largest business. As you partner with the president and PPL leadership team, you’ll help drive Allstate’s digital transformation, grow market share in three distribution channels (exclusive agent, independent agent, and direct) and advance the purpose-driven culture embodied in Allstate’s Good Hands. You’ll collaborate with leaders across Marketing, Innovation and Corporate Brand (MICB) and enterprise communicators to build and execute integrated communications plans that accelerate Allstate’s reputation and increase confidence in business strategy. And, you’ll lead a team of phenomenal communicators who take a data-driven approach to engaging with Allstate’s stakeholders, particularly agents and PPL employees.
