• Write compelling and engaging content for global Payments Acceptance and Engagement marketing campaigns and launches
• Craft copy for various marketing and product marketing channels; may include on-site marketing, in-product, outbound channels (email and push), and off-site marketing (i.e. social media)
• Copyedit messaging for a variety of Consumer Payments initiatives, including both customer-facing and internal team resources
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years experience copy-writing, preferably for a global company
• 5+ years working with marketing, product, PR, Legal, and localization teams
• Demonstrated success creating high-impact copy for customer-facing marketing channels
• An available online portfolio and relevant professional examples
• An effective multi-tasker who navigates a fast-paced environment with efficiency
• Strong, customer-focused thinking
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams and balancing competing workloads
• Creativity is highly encouraged; experience creating a variety of different types and styles of content
PREFERRED SKILLS
• 2+ years experience with Figma, Adobe, Office, and project management tools including Asana
• 2+ years of experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
• Experience in payments and/or e-commerce experience is a plus
• Impeccable oral and written marketing communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically in an ambiguous environment
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and positioning strategies
• Digitally and technically savvy with a passion for product positioning and consumer marketing
