Develop concepts and write copy for a wide range of projects. Consult with sales and marketing representatives to obtain information on product or service and obtain requirements including style and length of copy. Edit or rewrite copy as necessary. Manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines. Demonstrate creativity and the ability to vary language and tone of messages based on product and medium.
Responsibilities:
Copywriting content within an established framework
Time management to provide estimates of work duration for specific workload, while balancing other duties as assigned for meetings and training
Completing the training and onboarding and adhering to established processes and frameworks
Completing work within the assigned deadlines and collaborating during planning sessions to appropriately plan for the work ahead
Raise risks and concerns when deadlines are at risk so that the project manager can make adjustments and notify the sponsor stakeholders in a timely manner
Leverage brand documents to encompass the proper tone and brand to set forth in the content
Communicate and collaborate with core teams across different projects to understand their needs
Provides fresh thinking of how content can help convey concepts that are ambiguous to end users to prevent calls to the call center and drive task completion.
Requirements:
Copywriting 4+ years
Property and Casualty Insurance Acumen 3+ years
Prior experience with AEM (adobe experience manager) or other CMS a plus.
