As an Associate Community Manager on the Ipsos Online Communities team, you will be joining a dynamic team of research experts dedicated to bringing the consumer voice to life for the world’s biggest brands. Our mission is to help brands get closer to consumers to be better brands, and the work we do impacts everything from how our clients approach product innovation and marketing, to how they think about advertising and communications, to how they respond to larger societal issues and trends such as sustainability, diversity, and holistic consumer well-being. In your role as an Associate Community Manager, you will leverage a cutting-edge community platform and a wide array of interactive online tools to engage and collaborate with community members to uncover key insights across multiple industries including food, technology, retail, financial services, healthcare, and more. Furthermore, you will have a valuable opportunity to hone your qualitative and quantitative research skills and business acumen through objective-based research design, creative moderation, and AI-enabled analytics – to ultimately tell the stories that will make a tangible impact on both your client’s business and consumer experiences at large.
