Associate Editor

The Detroit Jewish News recently transitioned into nonprofit ownership as part of the Detroit Jewish News Foundation, a 501c3 charitable organization. In addition to publication of the Detroit Jewish News, the Foundation also is responsible for the William Davidson Digital Archive of Jewish Detroit History. The Assistant Editor, reporting to the Director of Editorial Services, will assist the planning and execution of the paper’s print and online coverage with a team of on-staff and freelance journalists, as well as planning, writing and editing stories to inform and inspire members of the Jewish and general community. The Assistant Editor will from time to time represent the paper publicly in the community.
