Responsible for editorial and website operations for Pharmaceutical Executive, as well as other day-to-day tasks in creating timely and relevant pharma/healthcare-focused content for the audience of PharmExec.com and the print publication. Works closely with the editorial team, as well as cross-collaboratively with sales, creative, and marketing teams to execute both short- and long-term projects. Some travel to industry meetings will be required.

The position supports and manages a variety of editorial functions, including writing, editing, and posting daily news and article content; writing and posting feature stories; copy-editing and proofing; conducting Q&As and on-site video interviews; podcast and e-newsletter production; and print production and project management support.

Qualifications include a minimum of BA/BS in a relevant field; at least 1 year of writing/publishing or content-related experience; strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), as well as proofreading skills; ability to multitask and manage simultaneous ongoing projects for web and print; highly organized with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, fluid working environment; ability to work both independently and cooperatively within an editorial team, across departments, and with high-level external stakeholders; familiarity with InCopy, iMovie, Audacity, and similar software programs. Knowledge and understanding with data analytics and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics is a plus.

The position is located in Iselin and Cranbury, NJ, but open to remote positions.
