Our portfolio includes TalentLMS, a cloud training solution, eFront, an enterprise LMS, TalentCards, a training mobile app for deskless employees, and our newest addition, TalentHR, a modern and easy-to-use HRIS for people operations.
We’re currently building a brand-new blog for TalentHR and aim to create content that will educate, attract, and engage our audience.
About the role
We’re looking for a writer who’s available to work with us long-term, producing approximately 15 blog posts per month (an average of 1,200 words each). The ideal candidate has experience in HR topics, such as recruitment, employee performance, benefits, learning and development, and retention.
We expect content to be well-researched, comprehensive, and optimized for SEO. For each blog post, we provide briefs with specific keywords and guidelines. We pay per post, and the budget is $150 - $200, depending on writing experience.
Requirements
Experience in B2B content writing
Experience writing about HR and workplace-related topics
A portfolio of previous work samples
Native or near-native English speaker
Good understanding of SEO on-page guidelines and best practices
Highly organized, sticking to deadlines
Good communication skills (mainly through email and Asana)
