Baltimore Fishbowl is offering a spring internship to a student journalist who wants to dig into the Baltimore region.
You’ll get a chance to work with experienced reporters and editors and to tackle topics that interest you. You’ll learn about the city, our website, and the state of journalism in the mid-Atlantic.
To apply, please submit:
1. A resume
2. Three writing samples – preferably from a news publication
3. A statement that describes, based on your review of our website, the types of stories you would want to cover for Baltimore Fishbowl, and how you would approach finding them.
Deadline for applications: November 19, 2023.
The selected candidate will be notified by December 15, 2023.
The internship will run from January 29 to May 1, 2024.
Baltimore region residency preferred.
Compensation: For college credit only.
