Reporting to our Vice President, Digital Media Manager this role is creative meets data. You will be responsible for partnering across our organization to develop social media programming that creates a cohesive web across our digital experiences, and fosters a deep sense of community to grow both brand engagement and revenue. You will frame our social media marketing strategy in the context of business goals and consumer needs while considering ROI and competitive differentiation as a part of every investment. We're looking for a social media manager to lead our social media presence by implementing strategies and tactics that grow our followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of our Bank of Hawaii. You should have command of best practices and trends in social media marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience.
