About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Copywriter with Hispanic market experience to develop engaging, strategically sound copy for our clients, across different industries and mediums. The Copywriter will collaborate with our talented Creative Team members to develop messaging that brings creative designs to life, achieves client goals, and resonates with the intended audience.

Responsibilities

Write English and/or Spanish copy that is original, brand-ownable, and culturally relevant across multiple mediums, including digital ads, social media, print ads, websites, print, OOH, radio, and TV/video.
Deliver well-written, edited and proofread copy to ensure accurate spelling, grammar, formatting, clarity, and translation relevance.
Contribute strategically-sound ideas in Creative Team brainstorms.
Develop clear, concise concept descriptions and summaries for presentation and pitch decks.
Revise copy by critically analyzing feedback and comments from internal team members and external clients to meet desired objectives.
Clearly and confidently present creative concepts to clients, as needed.

This role is for you if you:

Have a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in advertising, communications, journalism, or a related field.
Have 5+ years of experience writing English and Spanish copy for a brand, advertising, or marketing agency.
Have 5+ years of experience writing for U.S. Hispanic consumers.
Have a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to write sound marketing copy in English and Spanish across a variety of mediums, including digital ads, social media, website, presentation decks, print, OOH, radio, and TV/video.
Have the ability to transform client needs into engaging, strategically sound messaging that is in alignment with business goals.
Are experienced at analyzing brand personalities to inform a tone and manner of copy that is uniquely ownable for that brand.
Have experience working on multiple projects and clients simultaneously and possess strong time management skills to complete all projects in a timely manner.
Work collaboratively and are open to supporting the copy team wherever needed.
