A well-rounded editorial professional with an expert eye for storytelling and quality control, the managing editor will take responsibility for their own sector-led digital magazine and website, ensuring the successful and timely production of content across the B2B platform, as well as assisting with the overall running of the editorial team and its successful publication of a range of sector and region specific brands. The editor will be responsible for sourcing, researching and writing content as well as editing, proofreading and commissioning. As well as managing the team, the managing editor will also produce and oversee commercial 'company report' features which involve interviewing senior executives from global businesses and working collaboratively with these clients to ensure their story is told in the most appropriate light. This will, however, be weighted against other management duties.
