BI seeks an experienced editor who thrives under real-time deadline pressure in a complex, innovative environment. This role entails editing financial research to be forward-looking, creative, insightful, critical to the specialist and accessible to the generalist. You'll play a key role in helping analysts develop and maintain their franchises, using strategic publishing, data visualization, multichannel distribution and broad cross-firm collaboration. You can translate jargon and complex ideas into clear language. You'll be a key part of our growth and innovation, helping us raise our skillset and expand readership. The successful editor can multitask across diverse platforms, collaborate and wear multiple hats, in a real-time environment.

WE'D LOVE TO SEE:

Health-care research coverage experience a plus
Audio & video editing experience helpful

REQUIREMENTS:

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of editing experience in the finance industry or at a financial news media outlet
Knowledge of equity research communication formats (particularly written communication) or financial news experience
Outstanding written and oral communication and presentation skills
Experience working with analysts or with financial journalists
