Conduct independent technical analysis as a SIGINT analyst and reporter to support an Army client, including applying expertise in the characterization of complex target networks and exploitation of networks. Use SIGINT database repositories and analytic tools to interpret meaning and synthesize with other data to answer established intelligence requirements. Leverage expertise in direction finding, geo-location equipment, and SIGINT geolocation analysis (SGA) to produce data supporting various intelligence reports. Use comprehension of telecommunications structures and SIGINT databases to uncover targets and identify applicable collection systems to task, including providing in-depth analysis on the development of new exploitation capabilities against known and newly identified asymmetric targets of interest. Analyze and integrate complex intelligence information from multiple sources for senior clients in the intelligence community (IC). Conduct short and long-term SIGINT analysis and fuse collected data with various intelligence disciplines into reports to be used by partnering intelligence producers and commanders. Work with collection managers and SIGINT production analysts to recommend the need for new analytic methods, technologies, and collection strategies, collaborate with national and tactical collection, analysis, reporting, and operations elements to advance target development efforts, recommend collection strategies, and support strategic and tactical requirements. This position is located in San Antonio, TX.
Basic Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in conducting a national cryptologic mission as a target analyst
4+ years of experience in intelligence and network development
3+ years of experience with analytic modernization tools and databases
Experience with performing network, access, and target development and technical analysis to support threat warning tipping and international criminal networks’ enumeration
Experience with developing and enumerating multi-level, cross-domain networks across geographies and analytical modernization (AMOD)
Knowledge of production responsibilities and processes and the appropriate dissemination mechanisms that enable timely information to reach decision-makers
Knowledge of SIGINT, OSINT, and HUMINT databases and tools for analysis and target development
Ability to obtain a security clearance
HS diploma or GED
Completion of Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced Digital Network Analysis Courses and Reporters Bootcamp

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
