Border Climate Change Reporter

Are you interested in how climate change is affecting communities, and in exploring solutions to those challenges? If so, let's talk. El Paso Matters covers a binational area on the U.S.-Mexico border that includes both large urban centers and rural communities that are facing significant climate change impacts, particularly around heat and water. We are seeking a journalist with a passion for telling complex climate stories in a way that allows communities to understand the issues and work toward mitigation and solutions. Develop sources that will help tell the story of climate change impact on the U.S.-Mexico borders. This includes community-based sources on both sides of the border; non-governmental organizations; and policymakers at the local, state and national levels in both the United States and Mexico. Our climate change reporter will leave a strong source list.
