Our products help seniors sign up, choose an insurance plan, and leverage their plan after they are enrolled. And, unlike most Medicare advisors who only search plans that pay them, Chapter searches every Medicare option nationwide. This allows us to find savings and benefits that others miss.

About The Role:
We're on a mission to captivate, inspire, and connect with our audience through the power of words and ultimately enhancing the way Americans transition into retirement. We're seeking a talented Brand Copywriter to join us on a contract basis and help us shape our brand's messaging across various platforms. A successful candidate will enjoy pitching many ideas, working within quick turnaround times, thinking outside of the box, and have an interest in and understanding the retirement journey in the United States today.
This is a part-time, remote contract role, with approximately 10-20 hours per week for now, with the possibility of hours increasing.
What You’ll Do:
Embrace and adapt our brand voice to engage with older Americans entering retirement across a range of platforms, including our website
Design and write marketing campaigns across sms/text, email, and phone-based scripts
Craft and develop copy in user acquisition flows and in product
Develop value prop copy for landing pages and advertisements
Conduct in-depth research to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with our brand identity
Adapt your writing style to meet the needs of our brand and target audience
Maintain impeccable grammar and punctuation to deliver content that is both informative and polished
Work closely with design, brand, production, digital and product development team to develop brand copy across various digital and non-digital touch-points
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality content
About You:
5+ years as a Copywriting, developing and creating concepts and copy, for a consumer facing, e-commerce, or DTC brand.
Strong storyteller with the ability to develop campaigns that get customers’ attention and build product brands people love
Experience using insights and strategic thinking to influence stakeholders
Experience communicating the benefits of various marketing strategies to business audiences of all levels
Experience driving complex projects in a fast-paced environment
Eagerness to be hands-on and jump in to write marketing and UX copy
In-depth understanding of the healthcare, insurance, or wellness industries is a strong plus
