Broadcast Journalist

United Christian Broadcasters is currently looking for the right person to join the UCB News team as a full-time broadcast journalist based in its newsroom at the UCB Broadcast Centre close to Junction 15 of the M6 near Stoke-on-Trent. As a committed Christian, if you are passionate about reporting on news and can present a news bulletin to a loyal, family-focused radio audience - you could be a perfect fit. You will be compiling and reading regular bulletins of national and international news - including stories with a Christian dimension - as well as recording news interviews and packages and, when required, preparing and delivering news two-ways with programme presenters. As part of the UCB News team, you will need to write and speak well and be able to source and provide news bulletins and news interviews for UCB's national radio stations, UCB1 and UCB2.
