Corporate Communications Senior Manager

As a Corporate Communications Senior Manager, you will define and lead internal communications for the North American Client Group (NACG), Capital Group's largest business unit. You recognize that there couldn't be a better time to join this team, as we embark on a refreshed long-term strategy in pursuit of outstanding results and service for our clients, and sustained business growth. You will be excited to play an integral part in planning and executing programs that support Capital's enterprise-wide priorities while aligning NACG's 1,100 associates around their 3 to 5-year growth plans and annual business priorities. You are well versed in navigating a high degree of complexity with stakeholders at all levels, including the NACG Management Committee, Business Management team, Human Resources and peers supporting other business units to ensure that messaging and associate experiences provide consistency in the overall Capital Group narrative, and reflect our culture and values.
