We’re looking for a multifaceted communications specialist to join our team and support the comprehensive communications strategy for Retail Bank Product. The organization is responsible for driving the Bank’s continual transformation into a major technology and experience player. The team envisions, develops and promotes industry-leading, market-defining products and services that deeply impact the lives and financial freedom of our 12 million Retail Bank customers. The role reports into Retail Bank & Premium Card Products, and our work directly supports business programs and initiatives and helps cultivate the best associate experience. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape and execute the communications strategy that strengthens belief in and commitment to our Bank businesses. You’ll actively measure our channels for effectiveness and develop content based on business strategies. Additionally, you’ll support communications across multiple leaders, spanning customer-facing products to data & fraud.
