Serves as the lead communications advisor for multiple geographies, lines of business, or departments. Oversees both strategy and development of complex and higher profile internal and/or external communication materials (e.g. newsletters, press releases, internet/intranet pages, presentations, email communications, social media content). Brings in-depth knowledge of the business to develop communication strategies that align to business goals and serves as primary consultant/advisor to business leaders. Manages projects in coordination with cross-functional partners (e.g. Marketing, Human Resources, Digital & Technology, etc.), including global projects. Responsible for analytics and reporting of outcomes. May act as a primary contact for reporters. May serve as primary content developer for corporate social media channels. Has at least one direct report. Supports the broader Corporate Communications team in overseeing corporate projects that span lines of business, departments and/or geographies.
