The Managing Editorial Director - (Telecom/TV/Internet) on the Consumer Brands Team is responsible for growing our traffic, user base, and user engagement for our vertical portfolio of internet media brands: High Speed Internet, WhistleOut US/CA, CTV, and Satellite Internet. This role is responsible for setting editorial guidelines, frameworks, and strategies for the teams under their purview, enabling us to create high-conducive, effective content that benefits as many people as possible. The Managing Editorial Director - (Telecom/TV/Internet) works across different fields and teams to gain insight into how to align the Editorial Team’s work to the brand(s) overall goals. For each of our brands, the person is responsible for working closely with the Brand Director, Managing Editor, and Marketing Manager to create standards and frameworks for driving engagement, conversion, and most importantly, trust in our ability to provide consumer-first information and recommendations. This role directly manages several Managing Editors, who each lead a group of writers and editors and be responsible for the editorial strategy for their respective brands.
