At CoBank, the Director, Corporate Communications leads corporate communications programs, including shareholder communications, media relations, employee communications, and issues and crisis communications. Devises and implements communications plans in response to business issues and reputation-impacting events. Develops and delivers written messaging that positions the bank effectively and clearly communicates business results, objectives, initiatives and mission. Serves as a primary in-house writing resource for a wide variety of communications to target audience groups, including customers-owners, employees, media, business partners and the various communities in which CoBank does business. Partners and collaborates closely with team members to support other key functions, including digital communications, corporate events and corporate social responsibility.
