As a Copywriter specializing in B2B Enterprise Technology Product Enablement, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling written content and messaging that effectively communicates the value of our products to our target audience. This role requires a unique

blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and an understanding of the enterprise technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with account lead, account manager, stakeholders and SMEs to ensure alignment on project deliverables and objectives.
Understand the audience profiles and represent their needs in developing relevant and engaging written content.
Understanding key messaging frameworks and applying them to compelling written enablement content and materials.
Understanding of brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Work closely with teams and product managers to gain an understanding and appreciation of the technology and features of the product, translating them into persuasive and succinct written messages.
Collaborate closely with the graphic designer, ensuring alignment on messaging frameworks and embedding key messaging for the product and campaign.
Craft compelling and on-brand messaging for various channels and distribution, including websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Produce written content supporting training and enablement, including but not limited to: product documentation, guides, and campaign materials.
Stay up to date with the product’s features and benefits in existing and new releases, as well as emerging technologies that can enhance the written content and bring efficiency to production workflows.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
In depth experience as a Copywriter, preferably in a B2B or technology-focused environment and for enablement and campaign content.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of written content, including campaign messaging, product documentation, and digital content.
Proficiency in writing tools and platforms, with a strong command of grammar, style, and tone.
Proven experience with the understanding and application of key messaging frameworks, brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Detail oriented, identifying and minimizing errors at every step.
Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Understanding of B2B marketing and enablement principles and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling and easily digestible written content.
Knowledge and understanding of accessibility standards and best practices in writing.
Experience with creating inclusive content that considers the diverse perspectives and experiences of the audience.
Experience in using measurement and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Passion for technology, especially AI, with knowledge of its application to products and content, as well as production and workflows.
A strong commercial understanding, especially in realizing the value of written content in the enablement journey.

Working with localized content.
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms and training pathways.
