Details
Leads, develops, produces, and implements an Enterprise employee communication program to support the company’s vision, mission, and annual strategic plan/organizational priorities. Collaborates with Executive and Senior Leadership Team members on a wide variety of opportunities, including identifying new communication tactics, from email and presentation content to other visual projects. Provides strategic direction and quality control to Leadership on all high-profile internal communications , including but not limited to: CEO updates/”Town Hall” meetings; CCA’s Annual Strategic Theme/Organizational Priorities; CCA’s Long-Term Strategy; Human Resources topics; System Implementations, and more. The VP is also a critical member of the Digital Workforce team.
