What your role will entail:
Analyzing critical metrics, deriving insightful knowledge, and tweaking strategies for maximum impact.
Orchestrating strategic communication initiatives to manage incidents across all business functions and regions.
Being part of a robust, out-of-hours on-call rotation to guarantee 24x7 incident coverage.
Fostering key relationships while managing procedural documents across business lines and functions.
Producing high-quality, client-centric content including emails, FAQs, and direct-to-client messages.
Guiding crisis communication drills and exercises, and facilitating post-incident reviews for ongoing improvement.
