Communications Lead
First Western's Communications Lead position is responsible for the strategy and content for internal and external communications across our entire organization. In this role, you will think strategically and possess a strong ability to conceptualize, develop, drive, and manage a wide range of content and communications based on sound editorial decisions and business acumen.

You will team with marketing colleagues, sales and product groups, operational experts, and executive leaders and to develop strategies and related communications that are designed to drive brand awareness, connect with our communities, and deepen relationships with our clients.

    Coordinate the preparation and distribution of branded firm materials, including press releases, marketing and sales collateral, whitepapers and other thought leadership pieces.
    Partner with Marketing, Sales and Product teams to define yearly and quarterly editorial strategy and metrics that support and extend strategic marketing objectives.
    Contribute to the development of our brand and message across all marketing channels, including print, radio, email, web, digital and social media.
