Communications Manager
As we shift to a digital future and focus on the consumer experience, you will support our large team through that change journey, in line with our ambition to become Australia’s leading digital financial business. We have a very solid base to get you started with high user numbers across Yammer, Slack and other internal channels.
    Driving the development of best-practice staff communications and channels.
    Developing the communications capability across our people, through thought leadership programs and across social media.
    Working closely with People & Culture, Change Management and Agile Coaches to drive the cultural change program and to identify appropriate channels to support future ways of working.
    Build an internal communications reporting framework to measure reach, readership and engagement. Develop insights and recommendations to ensure content and channels remain relevant and timely.
    Providing additional support on external and broader stakeholder communications as required, including brand positioning and issues management
