Build brand reputation externally and drive industry thought leadership around Oxa key messages supporting Oxa’s purpose and mission
Work with the Director of Communications and external parties to implement an external communication strategy, which aligns to business goals, positioning Oxa as the global generational leader in technology
Manage media relations and external communications cadence, ensuring key brand messages and company milestones are communicated via appropriate channels
Support the CMO and Director of Communications to drive external and internal brand engagement, managing a range of day-to-day external and internal communications activities
Work with agencies and key internal stakeholders on white papers, press releases, awards, blogs, media relations, advertorials, media partnerships, event messaging.for Oxa and in collaboration with our customers and partners
Work with Oxa executives and leaders on media trainings, interviews and podcast recordings
Work with executives and leaders to develop comprehensive communications plans, aligned to business needs
Collaborate closely with People team on internal communications initiatives which drive employee engagement, e.g. fortnightly newsletter, monthly Town Hall
Activate Oxa brand values and leadership principles across all communications, building customer value extertnally and an internal culture of belonging
Report on KPIs and ROI for all communications activities including monthly marketing team dashboard, supported by PR agency and third party reporting tools
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field
5+ years of experience in a communications role, preferably within the technology or automotive industries
Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic communication plans and campaigns
Strong media relations skills and experience in working with journalists, bloggers, and other influencers
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally

We work 37.5 hours a week, Monday - Friday around core hours of 10:00 - 16:00. This is enough for most; but if you require any extra flexibility we will do what we can to support you.
