Consulting RFP Writer/Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned, talented, and collaborative RFP project manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The goal of this role is to ensure we have a competitive submission in every RFP we are qualified to apply for.

RFP Management: Lead the end-to-end RFP process, including the development of RFP responses, coordination with cross-functional teams, and timely submission of proposals.
Market Research: Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the education technology sector to inform proposal content and strategy.
Content Creation: Develop compelling, high-quality RFP responses that effectively communicate our solutions' value proposition, features, and benefits.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and subject matter experts to gather relevant information and create accurate, customized responses to RFPs.
Proposal Tracking: Maintain a repository of RFP responses, templates, and collateral for efficient response generation and proposal management.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all RFP responses meet compliance requirements and adhere to company standards for quality and accuracy.
Proposal Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic approach for RFP responses, including win themes, competitive differentiation, and pricing strategies.
Customer Engagement: Engage with potential clients during the RFP process to clarify requirements, provide additional information, and build positive relationships.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all RFP activities, outcomes, and feedback for continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience with RFP management within a large educational publisher.
Demonstrated experience with Saas provider
5+ years experience preferred in K-12/EdTech in Client Services and/or Customer Success and/or school district instructional or administration role
