What will I be doing?

As a senior member of the Studio team, reporting to the Creative Director/Studio Manager, you will lead a team of content writers and researchers, ensuring the content they produce is accurate, consistent, on-brand and of impeccable quality across our B2C and B2B brands.

You'll play a crucial role in establishing, documenting and maintaining tone of voice guidelines and best practices. Your responsibilities include managing workflow, collaborating with key stakeholders, enforcing best practices, analysing content performance and suggesting improvements. Additionally, you'll work closely with SEO and design teams to optimise content and ensure a cohesive approach.

During The Day You Could Be Involved In

Managing the team directly reporting to you – providing training and development
Collaborating with the Marketing team to define and implement content solutions and oversee content production across our portfolio of brands
Curating, strengthening, repurposing and redistributing content to align with marketing campaigns and initiatives
Enforcing best practices for all copy produced – reviewing and amending work accordingly
Analysing content performance using tools like GA and Data Studio
Organising daily tasks using workflow tools like Asana
Supporting SEO efforts by delivering optimised high-quality content to promote products and services
Overseeing the delivery of internal and external communications, considering processes for efficiency where necessary

Ideally, We Need

Minimum 3 years in a Content Editor role
Outstanding proofreading skills with attention to detail
Understanding of SEO best practices
Commercial copywriting experience
Exceptional written and spoken English
Ability to adapt tone of voice and writing styles for various brands and audiences
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Content Management Systems
Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop
Motivated, proactive and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to provide constructive feedback and set clear goals
