An opportunity has arisen to join the content team as Content Editor for the French Market. At Eurostar, our Content Team is on a mission to engage, inspire, and drive customers to explore our brand and services. As a Content Editor, you'll play a pivotal role in this journey, taking ownership of and maintaining the French-language landing pages on Eurostar.com.
This is a permanent role that can be based in London or Paris.
Internal reference only: This role is a Grade D, Travel Level 2 and can be based in London or Paris.
We're looking for someone to:
Own, develop and implement the digital content strategy on Eurostar.com's landing pages for the French-language markets, aligning with the website's business and commercial objectives.
Review and act upon Eurostar.com's digital performance data, trends and content gaps in order to develop content strategy for the specific markets;
Utilize performance data and trends to enhance content strategy for specific markets.
Ensure landing page content is accurate, up-to-date, SEO-optimized, and meets high editorial standards.
Optimize page layout and structure to promote optimal site performance..
Work with Eurostar's SEO team to optimize market content for search.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Product, UX/UI, Marketing, and Customer Communications, to drive optimal content solutions for customer engagement.
Requirements
You'll need:
Substantial experience in content strategy and production, preferably in a digital content, travel, and e-commerce environment.
Strong editorial skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
Fluency in both French and English.
Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Experience with content management systems and production processes.
Basic knowledge of HTML.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Robust SEO expertise and knowledge of best practices for webpage optimization.
Demonstrated experience in leading content strategy with cross-functional collaboration.
Enthusiasm for staying updated with content marketing trends and proposing innovative strategies.
