We are now looking for a Content Editor to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As a Content Editor, you will produce a range of fantastic content that delivers information, drives engagement, supports our activities and helps with fundraising.

Focusing on writing and storytelling, you will create impact reports, supporter magazines and newsletters, leaflets, intranet articles and webpages, providing a consistent tone of voice and writing style.

You will also gather case studies and contribute to the day-to-day maintenance and updates of our website and hospice intranet.

About You

To be considered as a Content Editor, you will need:

- At least five years’ experience as a professional copywriter and/or content creator

- Experience of writing accessible and engaging content for a range of audiences

- Experience of creating impactful content for campaigns

- Experience of managing and updating websites, including content management systems

- Knowledge of search engine optimisation, best practice and optimising user experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Good client and customer management skills

- A full, valid driving licence
