The key responsibility of this role is to produce content that can be published on multiple platforms. This involves working with many people across our team to help them develop content.

Some other responsibilities of the role include

• Help write content for sales that will assist them in being able to communicate value to the customer. E.g., presentations, proposals, emails etc.

• Writing content for social media posts and assisting with ad content.

• Work with the marketing team to develop a content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.

• Write three articles per week that engages with our audience

• Optimise content according to SEO

• Use content management systems to analyse website traffic and user engagement metrics.

The key skills/behaviours that you should have and display

• A love of writing and an ability to write in a way that is easy to understand and tailored specifically to the intended audience or channel. An ability to clearly communicate technical concepts and educate the audience.

• Strong interview skills – ability to work with others to convert their knowledge and experiences into readable content

• Detail Oriented – you will be required to produce published ready work. This will involve editing your own work and work that others have created.

• An ability to work with people. You will need to work with various team members and external stakeholders to develop the content.

The hours for this role would be from 8 am to 5p m, Monday to Friday.
