The Aquarium Team is seeking a talented and experienced Content Writer to join our client's world leading digital business unit as they expand their digital presence in the airline industry as part of a long term Digital Transformation focused on 'The Customer'.


About The Opportunity

As a Content Writer specialized in Policy & Procedures, you will play a crucial role in harmonizing and refining our client's existing internal policies and procedures documentation, as well as creating customer-facing content that effectively communicates our client's brand values and product offerings.

Your ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content will be instrumental in enhancing our client's communication strategies.

Key Selection Criteria

Essential Skills

Demonstrated commercial experience in content writing ideally in a digital setting in large enterprise
Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing policy and procedure documentation, as well as web content.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and a
dedication to maintaining high-quality standards.
Solid understanding of information organization and structure, and the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance considerations.
Proficiency in SEO principles and keyword optimization for web content.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, and to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications in Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Experience in airline sales/reservations environment
