About Corum:
Corum is the only investment bank built by former Software and IT CEOs to help fellow CEOs who want to sell and achieve an “optimal outcome.” Headquartered in the Seattle area, 38-year-old Corum has spent over $50 million on building the largest proprietary M&A database. Unlike other investment banks that rely on networking for leads, Corum’s buyer database is the envy of the M&A community, containing information on over 120,000 companies.
Information is not only collected through a proprietary process, but buyers also receive Corum’s valuable industry research on 29 sectors, including insightful reports on the "Top Ten Disruptive Trends," SPAC reports and educational events. The buyers have the opportunity to participate in conferences like Tech M&A Monthly, the industry’s premier webcast that reaches over 50 countries. Corum has had tech giants such as Google, IBM, Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce and Accenture as past members of its Buyer Advisory Board. Equally impressive, its Private Equity Advisory Panel consists of influential names like Vista, Riverside, Carlyle, KKR, Thoma Bravo and other industry leaders.
