The Bowling Green Daily News, an award-winning daily newspaper in Southcentral Kentucky, is hiring a full-time page designer to handle copy editing and newspaper page layout duties. The Daily News uses Adobe InDesign to build the print edition. Working some evenings and weekends are required. Copy editing, processing digital photos and posting stories to our website are also required. Experience in newspaper page design is preferred, but recent college graduates will also be considered. Social media and reader engagement experience is also desirable. Editing skills and knowledge of AP Style are required. Employees are required to work in the Daily News office in Bowling Green.
