Requirements
As a Content Coordinator on Steer Health, you will be responsible for the creation and implementation of high-quality content for lead generation campaigns and brand awareness on Steer Health’s website, social media, emails and various marketing channels. Your focus will be on developing content that converts visitors into leads, creating new content ideas, and ensuring your content impacts lead generation and user acquisition.
Expertise in healthcare or health tech is required, as well as a native-level proficiency in English.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop engaging social media copy and manage our vibrant online community.
Craft insightful blog content in alignment with industry trends and current healthcare discussions.
Assist in PR outreach and help writing compelling stories about Steer.
Coordinate effectively between management and design teams to ensure seamless content creation.
Create compelling marketing materials, including flyers, video scripts, and persuasive landing page copy.
Create email marketing copy for weekly newsletters and various marketing campaigns.
Help establish a unified brand voice across all Steer Health assets and channels.
Continuously measure and create reports leveraging Google Analytics, Hubspot, social media analytics and other relevant internal and external tools on most effective content.
Stay up to date with market trends and find new ways to showcase content that fits our audience.
To excel in this role, you should have experience with the following tools and platforms:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in marketing, communications, journalism, or related fields
2+ years of experience in Copywriting and/or Content Marketing in an agency with healthcare clients or in-house in the healthcare industry
Able to showcase strong results from previously created content/copy
Healthcare or health tech industry expertise in mandatory
Enjoy a fast-paced environment and can easily multitask, prioritize, and manage your time efficiently due to tight deadlines and volume of work
Any level of SEO expertise is a plus
