Your Tasks
You map out our multi-channel content strategy in cooperation with channel experts and relevant stakeholder. Your goal: to deliver the right content to the right customer in the right place to position ING Business Banking Germany in relevant target groups.
Text is your speciality, from informative texts to headlines and advertising copies – your content is creative, relevant, as well as well-curated and you continuously develop and improve your content marketing strategy & approach to ensure we remain to the point.
Together with the graphic experts and external providers you make sure, the content is visually as appealing as possible, manage multiple stakeholders, projects, and timelines, and, moreover, you proofread / advice on the content of your colleagues.
You keep your ear to the ground, check out new trends for relevance but also undertake customer- and topic-research, implement your SEO- and SEA-know-how.
Last but by no means least you satisfy your own as well as our curiosity about what works and what doesn’t by implementing A/B tests, monitoring closely, evaluating the results and optimising the strategy.
Your Profile
Degree in humanities, marketing, business or a similar qualification
Experience in the development and implementation of multi-channel content strategies, ideally experience working in an agency
Know-how of common trends, strategies, and approaches in the context of content marketing
Team player with analytical and goal-oriented working skills
Very good communication skills in English both written and spoken
