We're searching for a Copywriter of Creative who will manage visual materials for integrated, cross channel programs including: large web initiatives, online advertising and digital marketing. Individuals should have strong conceptual and design skills and assist the Creative Director in improving the conceptual, technical and creative performance of staff within your group.

Responsibilities include:
Collaborate with creative team members to determine concept, brand and copy directions
Ensure copy tone and style are consistent with brand and style guidelines
Work with project teams to understand our goals and audience demographics
Translate concepts into messages
Contribute to brainstorming and creative brief development
Work on multiple projects simultaneously and juggle writing demands
Have strong communication skills with a positive attitude
You can evaluate the work of Copywriters and Associates to ensure that the components of relevance are used
You use the components of relevance in every program that you work on
You check agreement of relevance always and report misalignment to your Copy Supervisor
You know the goals of every program that you work on and communicate those goals to the team
You understand the needs, motivations, and aspirations relevant to your audiences
Qualifications
3-4 years experience
Creative agency experience desired
Experience with marketing and advertising principles
Experience on large cross-channel or direct marketing programs across mediums
Experience with online and offline media preferred
