CaaStle is seeking a highly engaged marketing and social media copywriter to join our creative team and craft copy for a wide variety of fashion rental subscription programs for brands, creators, and digital communities, including: Express, Vince, Maje, ModLux.Rent, Gwynnie Bee and more! Reporting to the Creative Director, you will write copy for projects that range from customer acquisition campaigns, to editorial emails, to site copy, to SEO and social. Our client list is always growing, and we work fast! Being a self-motivated creative with the ability to manage many projects—and flex between brand voices—is crucial.
What You'll Do
Write persuasive marketing copy for campaigns across multiple brands and channels (including email, paid and organic social, websites, banners, and SEO)
Write technical product copy for our rental sites
Write for all social channels, including Instagram Stories, Reels, and TikTok
Develop on-brand editorial and educational copy, flexing between multiple tones and voices
Craft community engagement responses on social and customer service copy for social media
Collaborate with designers to ensure assets meet marketing objectives
Proof and edit all work and ensure projects are free from errors
Big picture thinking is key. Aim to understand CaaStle's marketing goals, business goals, and measurements of success.
We'd Love For You To Have
Three or more years copywriting experience, specifically in the areas of fashion or lifestyle marketing and social media
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Creative Writing, Advertising, or related discipline.
Exhibit a strong understanding of direct marketing principles as demonstrated through a wide-ranging portfolio, with an emphasis on email, ad campaigns, and paid/organic social media. Please provide a link to your website or a PDF showcasing 15+ examples of relevant work.
A demonstrated understanding of writing and creating content for Instagram, Reels, and TikTok
Demonstrated experience writing for fashion or beauty brands
Experience with SEO/SEM best practices
Strong copy editing and proofreading skills
Capacity to quickly react to changing priorities, timelines, and direction
Ability to respond to feedback and synthesize information from multiple sources, translating it into creative solutions
Ability to decipher and mirror multiple brand voices
Team player who can partner across teams and accept different points of view and feedback
Attuned to the fashion industry and aware of current trends in retail and popular culture
Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 by date of hire to be considered
Pay Range:
$70,000 - $80,000. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
