Director, Investor Relations

CoStar is expanding its investor relations’ program, and is seeking an energetic Director of Investor Relations to support its world-class investor relations program. The position will report to the VP of Public Relations and Investor Relations.

The Director of Investor Relations is responsible for the planning and execution of a comprehensive, proactive investor relations program, including explaining financial results, communicating corporate strategy and articulating the company’s competitive advantages and risks to institutional shareholders, sell-side analysts, and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment; operate with a strong level of business marketing channel intelligence; bring creative ideas and solutions to market communications challenges; understand communication strategies for traditional, web, social and new media; and manage relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels.

The successful candidate will collaborate with and support the VP of Public Relations and Investor Relations in developing and executing the global investor relations program.
