Producer / Editor - Non-Profit

Our client is the non-profit arm of a major university, and they are seeking a Producer / Editor to join their team.

In this role, the Producer / Editor will be working with the creative and marketing team to produce videos for social media: LinkedIn and Instagram primarily.

shooting, producing and editing high volumes of video content for short form social videos, live action / talking heads, motion graphics, etc.
sourcing b-roll, assisting with planning, script writing, editing, organizing and archiving footage
writing scripts for longer videos (7-10 minutes)
sourcing images, audio, and b-roll and being responsible for licensing compliance
working hand in hand with design, marketing, and copy teams

Requirements for the role include:

5 years of experience, ideally with social-first videos
non-profit experience is a PLUS
mastery of producing best practices, strong skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects
highly familiar with licensing protocols
ability to adhere to team dynamics, collaborate and take feedback well
strong ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously!
