As the Head of Community, you will be leading a team of local Community Managers, whose mission is to organically grow our local communities and establish relationships with influencers, KOLs and other key stakeholders in their respective countries in Europe. Together with the Community Managers, you’ll establish a plan to maximize the growth of our local communities. You’ll be setting the KPIs/OKRs for each Community Manager and use your proven experience to assist them in reaching their targets, while further helping them develop their skill sets. You will be a part of our Global Community Management team and reports directly to the Global Community Management Director.
