Job Description

Mission

The role of the Culture & Communications Specialist is tobuild engagement with Teya’s culture across the organisation through insight, communication, and employee experience

Key focus areas include:

Building understanding, resonance and engagement with the company’s values and principles of culture
Fostering knowledge sharing across the company, creating a consistent understanding of our market, merchants, products, services and processes
Listening to the organisation and building initiatives which improve the way the company operates and enhance employee experience

Key responsibilities

Create internal communication to drive knowledge sharing about our merchants and our products, services and processes
Manage the company’s content and communication experience for new joiners as part of our onboarding journey
Manage the company’s internal communication channels, including our video library, our podcast, our dedicated Slack channels, events and our all-hands meeting
Work with our creative producers to develop new content pillars and manage an ongoing pipeline of internal communications content
Establish connections with with different departments and regions within the organisation to enhance participation with our culture and communications
Use findings from the company’s engagement surveys to develop new initiatives to build engagement with the company’s culture

Qualifications

At least 5 years experience in culture development, internal communications, or related fields
BA or equivalent experience in communications, journalism, PR, marketing, is an advantage, though other degrees are also acceptable
Experience working in a fast paced, high-profile environment and organisations
A creative candidate with excellent written and verbal communication skills
