DailyMail.com is looking for a full time Senior Video Producer to join the New York office.

Suitable candidates will be able to source, verify, produce, and edit short-form videos for DailyMail.com.

The successful candidate will be/have:

Strong background in Video Journalism (min 4 years)
Solid news sense in fields such as domestic news, foreign news and showbiz
Ability to identify, clear and pitch video content.
Capable of quick turn-arounds, with multiple projects on your plate at any given moment
Effective communicator and team player who will collaborate with the rest of the video team and newsroom.
Laser-focused, organized, and exemplifies meticulous attention to detail
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere
Understanding of legal and editorial guidelines
Available to work from the office full time

Responsibilities

Leading the desk on night / weekend shifts (Out of hours availability and a high level of adaptability are essential. The role will include a rotation of day, night and weekend shifts.)
Daily contributions to video news list
Working through daily requests from reporters / editors in a timely and effective manner
Supporting the Deputy Head of Site Video and Managing Video Producer in the running of the video desk
