This role is part of our Personalised Content team. We create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is hyper-personalised, digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behaviours, and shift market share for our clients including eBay, Ancestry, Walmart, and more!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You’re a versatile writer and creator. You bring grammatically intentional stories to life in whichever tone, platform, and character count is most appropriate. You’re inspired by technology and a role a simple narrative plays in culture. There’s a hunger to learn and contribute in your next role, and you’re looking to be challenged in ways you haven’t considered yet.
You’ll bring a passion for writing, an interest in user behavior, and a level of dependability in both conceptual and executional capacities. Some of the opportunities that may be presented to you in this role include:
Support the Copywriting team across multiple work streams to address client needs and deliverables
Input and maintain up-to-date copy in design files and content documentation hubs
Write accessibility labels and proofread copy for QA purposes
Understand and articulate ideas into simple narratives for experiences and presentations
Create headlines, ctas, manifestos, and body copy
Multitask and/or juggle many projects at once
Understand feedback and offer solutions
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
An innate desire to push yourself and the people around you—as well as the projects you work on
Easygoing nature of putting the client and your team before yourself
Strong knowledge of writing’s role in visual design and user-centered experience, interactive design, brand development, and the creative process
Eagerness to collaborate, multi-task, and solve challenges with a solid point-of-view, and an ear for different opinions
Exceptional knowledge of brand programs, interactive design, online retail, and related industries
Team player with easy-going nature and good vibes; works well with others
Creative agency experience or similar; familiar with workflow and production process
Naturally curious with an entrepreneurial and independent spirit
Real passion for our craft: design, creativity, technology
