Communications Specialist

We are currently looking to hire a Communications Specialist for our Design to Delivery (D2D) organization. The Communications Specialist will work closely with the Senior Manager, Design to Delivery (D2D) Communications, Director of Transformation, other D2D senior leaders, and the D2D HR team to implement proactive and structured communications supporting the Design to Delivery leadership team and organization. This position will oversee the execution of streamlined, strategic employee communications that align with and further Client business objectives, purpose-driven culture & transformation roadmap. This position will support major communications moments in the D2D calendar, including Team Connect town halls and leadership meetings as well as support annual corporate and global communications initiatives. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong self-starter characteristics, the ability to creatively problem-solve, and collaborate across the D2D team and other cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, excels in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys multi-tasking with minimal supervision.
