Job Title: ServiceNow Report Writer

Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Create reporting strategy, execution, and delivery for the reports.
Strong knowledge in relational database systems and MS SQL queries
Experience in data analytics tools and knowledge of data interpretation is required .
Work with the data providers and transform the data as per the business requirements for reporting.
Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and planning skills.
Logical and efficient with Keen attention to details
Strong data driven approach to all scenarios. Gather insights to backup any feature ideas and ensure any new features are instrumented appropriately for future insights.
Work with multiple stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs, anticipate future reporting needs & design scenarios in line with overall strategy or the organization.
Continuously integrate user feedback and ensure reporting quality & satisfaction is high.
Should be able to differentiate executive requirements as well as day-to-day operation requirements and be able to strike a balance and provide optimal solutions.
Research new capabilities in line with latest industry trends from both technology and user innovation perspective.
A powerful desire to produce quality work, adopt standards and adhere to those standards.
Provide input to assist with continual improvement.
Ability to work effectively, with minimal day-to-day supervision, and contribute significantly to the success of the practice globally.

Report Writing and Analysis:
Create new reports, visualizations, and workflows based on business logic as provided by the manager through conversations with business lines.
Create ad hoc reports and datasets based on data requests.
Maintain/update current reports and workflows based on evolving needs.
Automate current processes based on business logic as provided by the manager through conversations with business lines.
Troubleshoot reports or processes to resolve errors.
Document report or process requirements
Write clear procedures and instructional manuals to build out self-service capabilities.
