About the role
The Digital Communications Officer reports directly to the Manager Communications and Engagement, SA Pathology, taking a proactive and positive communication approach to establishing and developing SA Pathology’s digital presence. This newly created position is responsible for the establishment of SA Pathology’s digital presence on social media, and the ongoing planning, design and delivery of social media and web content.
Working with the Manager Communications and Engagement, the role will provide creative oversight and development of all digital communication content, imagery and graphics to build SA Pathology’s brand and reputation across all customer segments. The role is responsible for the creative oversight and will oversee development of SA Pathology’s myriad digital products, including brand collateral and video products to ensure all messaging is consistent and engaging, and maintains a high quality standard.
Applicants need to have strong communications experience in digital environments, with particular skills in content creation and website administration. Experience in the development and implementation of a new website from a communications perspective will be considered favourably.
